The Federal Government to fairly move Hopeline's claim in outstanding bills from 2003 and 2004 through their process
The Federal Government to honor the intent of the late Senator Paul Wellstone - to support a private suicide prevention network
For all 800 numbers that are used for mental health - to stay private from even our government - in order for these lines to work - they must be completely confidential!
The Federal Government to assist in training and certification of crisis line workers
Assistance in networking all crisis hotlines in the Hopeline Network for the greater good of the communities they serve
Training and linkage of emergency response personnel to understand the needs of a person in a psychiatric crisis
Equal access to the Universal Service Fund for the Hopeline and the Crisis Centers that answer the calls
